Ordering Within Australia
Postage and handling within Australia is a flat rate of $10.
Free shipping for orders over $100.
Parcels are sent within 3 days of ordering via Regular Post unless you request express and usually takes 7-10 working days (express 3-5 working days).
Ordering Outside Australia
For international orders, please order as you usually would and we will send you a separate invoice which you can pay by paypal, direct deposit or credit card to make up the postage difference, once it’s been calculated.
Parcels will be sent Airmail. If you would like to register your post or insure your parcel, please let us know.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Items marked Sale cannot be returned.
If you are returning your purchased item(s) under ‘Change of Mind’ circumstances, we will offer an exchange or full refund (to the value of the purchased item(s)) provided the item is;
– In original purchase condition.
– The items has not been worn or washed, altered, soiled or tampered with in any way.
– The item(s) are accompanied by original purchase receipt/invoice.
– Returned to us within 30 days of receipt.
– Full price merchandise only.
**We do NOT offer exchanges or returns on item(s) purchased outside Australia.
How do I return an item?
Items must be returned to Lalita Lotus along with a prepaid return satchel if an exchange is requested.

Once the returned item(s) is deemed re-sellable and has been accepted under ‘Change of Mind’ circumstances, you will receive a full refund (onto the original credit card which the transactions was purchased on, via paypal or direct deposit into your account) to the value of the returned item(s) or an exchange.
Lalita Lotus is not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance.
